  1. Pagat Cave ranks number 1 on our list of the most beautiful caves in Guam you must pay a visit to. If your time is limited, Pagat Cave will be the best choice! It is not a far hike but you still can have the feeling of traveling a long trail. This cave is about 1.7 miles long (one way) and has an elevation of 550 feet. You need nearly one hour to complete this moderately challenging route.

Specially, the sign indicating the start of the walk is unmistakable. The route is nicely identified by trees with pink ties attached to them. After the cave, if you continue walking along the road, we assure that you will ve surprised at the grinding stones and latte stones, as well as the gorgeous scenery and rock formations! Continue on, there's a little opening between a rock and the cave wall to the right towards the backside. It expands up from here, and you can swim all the way around this gorgeous cave.

  2. Mangilao's Marbo Cave is a historic landmark as well as a popular hiking and tourism site. Marbo Cave is definitely one of the most beautiful in Guam to explore. It is a hidden treasure about 20 minutes from Andersen AFB's back gate. Swim in the fresh water cave or take in the breathtaking landscape from the overlook area. At the view area, you'll also see the "whale's tail" rock. The route down to the caverns is one lane, with a few pullouts to let incoming traffic pass; we only had to pull over once on the way out. The drop inside the cave is a bit dangerous because you're going down some enormous boulders, but it's manageable even for young kids with assistance.

Once within the cave, there are two freshwater swimming spots. The main area, which is not too deep and features a rope swing. The color is beautiful and makes you want to jump in.

The magnificent view area is approximately 3.5 mins' walk from the caverns. You'll follow the route until it forks, then take a left out to the cliffs. This is a stunning view! However, the cave has been closed and labeled as unsafe so tourists can not come over.

  3. Last but not least, the name among most beautiful caves in Guam is Gadao's Cave. The cave also known as Liyang Gadao, is a rock art site in Guam. The cave, located near the community of Inarajan, contains a panel of roughly 50 Chamorro pictographs painted using a combination of coral lime and tree sap. The most mysterious images are of two human stick figures carrying something. It is unknown who painted them, when they were painted, or what their significance is. The pictures in the cave are thought to have been created by the mythical chief of Inarajan Gadao.

It is about for five-minute walk. You have to go down the little grass paths and walk towards the caves. We make sure that the writing on the cave behind you will make you always look back. However finding the footpath's beginning point can be difficult, so you have to prepare map before you start your journey.
