1000 Trades
Birmingham was known as "the city of 1,000 trades" during the industrial revolution, and this hip hangout in the heart of the Jewellery Quarter is all about craft. 1000 Trades is an independent neighbourhood bar and kitchen in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham.
It all starts with four real ales, five craft beers, and eleven natural wines on tap then move through a rotating kitchen with a resident chef, all set to a soundtrack made in partnership with Birmingham's music community, with local artists' artwork displayed around the space. The bar is thoughtfully stocked with artisanal goods, ranging from craft beers to natural organic wines. The kitchen residencies, DJs, and artwork decorating the exposed brick walls all reflect the same philosophy: everything is local, expertly crafted, and proudly presented as the finest of Birmingham.
