Abominable
"Abominable" centers on a paraplegic man named Preston Rogers (played by Matt McCoy). Confined to a wheelchair after a tragic climbing accident, he moves into his family's remote mountain cabin in the hope of finding solitude and healing.
However, his peaceful retreat quickly turns rough when he begins to suspect that something lurks in the nearby woods. As his paranoia grows, she sets up cameras to capture any evidence of the elusive presence. To his horror, the footage reveals the existence of a monstrous Yeti beast stalking the area.
As the creature's attacks become more frequent and brutal, Preston becomes desperate to escape its clutches and find help. With his mobility limited by her wheelchair, he must summon all his strength and wit to outsmart the ferocious creature that seems determined to hunt him down.
"Abominable" presents an intriguing blend of mystery and suspense, but beneath its thrilling exterior lies a deeper exploration of human vulnerability and the primal fear of the unknown. The film also ventures into the psychological impact of trauma - as evident in Preston's character, who must confront not only the terrifying creature but also his own physical and emotional limitations due to his paraplegia.
