Adventist University of West Africa
The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Liberia owns and operates Adventist University of West Africa, a private Christian co-educational school. Liberia's university is located in Monrovia. It's part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, which is the world's second largest Christian school system.
In 2003, the Adventist University of West Africa (AUWA), one of the best universities in Liberia, was founded. It is now Liberia's most prestigious academic institution and one of the premier institutions for overseas students. AUWA is made up of three colleges that provide more than 12 programs, giving you a wide range of professional options and educating more than 1000 students each year.
AUWA offers a semester-based calendar and cost of US $16.00 per credit in addition to the undergraduate curriculum. AUWA also provides football pitches and administrative services.
