Albion Malleable Brewing Co. was founded by a group of friends who were fed up with settling for just good enough for Albion. Their purpose is straightforward: to improve the quality of life in the community, among their employees, and among their customers. Their cornerstone is community. Albion Malleable Brewing Co. welcomes everyone, supports local farmers and businesses, promotes local events and causes, and honors Albion's past while assisting in its future development. In addition, locally sourced ingredients in a scratch kitchen are so important to their mission that they decided to grind their meat in-house with a mix of brisket, sirloin, and chuck.
