Alcanta International College
Alcanta International College (AIC) is a school in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, following the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. They welcome students aged 14 to 17 from Mainland China and worldwide. The classes are small, with a maximum of 17 students. AIC is recognized by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA-CESS), the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), Cambridge IGCSE, and the College Board.
For seniors (Grades 11-12), AIC offers the IB Diploma Program, while juniors have the Cambridge IGCSE and the specially designed Foundation Program. AIC is dedicated to creating a student-centered community, providing international curriculums, a diverse community, and a supportive environment where students gain knowledge and skills to enter top global universities.
Being an international school, AIC welcomes both Chinese and international students. About 20% of the students come from different countries, bringing a multicultural perspective to the school. All teachers are trained in Education Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ENLP), focusing on understanding students' learning styles and personalities. The classrooms are designed for various teaching and learning styles, offering flexibility, and equipped with modern projectors and wireless internet.
