The Aldar Headquarters is a truly magnificent structure located near Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi. It's part of a significant investment in the Al Raha area, which has transformed into a self-contained city. Recognized for its intelligent architecture and futuristic design, this remarkable building has earned multiple awards and holds the third position on our list.

Owned by Al Dar Properties, the Aldar Headquarters serves as an office block and stands tall at 121 meters with 23 floors of luxurious office space. The construction of this iconic building came at a cost of AED 1 billion (UAE Dirhams), roughly equivalent to £200,000,000 in sterling.

This architectural gem was brought to life through the collaboration of MZ Architects and the German firm Josef Gartner GmbH. It was designed to be an imposing and extraordinary structure, boasting a total built-up area of 123,000 square meters. Without a doubt, the Aldar HQ rightfully earns its place among the world's top ten most beautiful glass buildings.
