The resort offers safari-style tents with comfortable beds, electric lamps, quick hot and cold potable water with sinks, and power outlets with USB ports amid a 20-acre redwood canyon. Additionally, glampers can use outdoor comforts like Adirondack chairs, wood-burning fire pits, and picnic tables. There is a common, well-kept bathhouse with toilets and showers.

Glampers can purchase the Spa Alila Day Pass, which offers full access to the meadow pool, infinity hot tub, and sauna in addition to one 50-minute massage or facial, one poolside entrée, and one nonalcoholic beverage. Additionally available on-site is fine dining at The Sur House. Glampers won't have access to certain amenities as several areas of the Alila Ventana Big Sur grounds are now only available to resort visitors.
