Another Way (2017)

Another Way is a South Korean indie romantic drama film directed by Cho Chang-ho that premiered at the 20th Busan International Film Festival in 2015 and was released in South Korean theaters in January 2017. Soo-wan (Kim Jae-wook) and Jung-won (Seo Yea-ji) hail from troubled homes and each have its own issues. They resolve to commit themselves after meeting at an online internet cafe.

Jung Won, who is struggling to care for her disabled mother while still working a part-time job, chooses to commit herself. Soo Wan is a police officer who is struggling to understand the purpose of life after watching his mother commit suicide at a young age. They create a suicide pact when they meet in Chuncheon.
