Recalled (2021)

Recalled is a 2021 South Korean mystery-thriller film directed by Seo Yoo-min and starring Seo Yea-ji, Kim Kang-woo, and Yeom Hye-ran. The film is about a woman who starts seeing her future after losing her memory. The film was released on April 21, 2021. According to Korean Film Council data, it ranks 15th among all the Korean films released in the year 2021 in South Korea, with a gross of US$2.56 million and 335,025 admissions, as of December 12, 2021.

Soo Jin's brother, Kim Sun Woo, had been guarding her the entire time. The first image she saw was of a tiny girl in the center of the road ready to be hit. Kim Sun Woo, a tiny kid, rescued her from the disaster. This tiny child then introduces himself as Kim Sun Woo in her memory. Similarly, Kim Sun murdered their violent father, who planned to hire Soo Jin as a bartender. Soo Jin blamed herself for the murder, but Kim Sun persuaded her that it wasn't her responsibility. Soo Jin remembered him packing the body in a bag twice. Namyangju Police discovered their father's body, Kim Tae-jun, in the same bag. Evidently, Kim Sun killed his father and buried him in order to protect Soo Jin.
