Anse Chastanet
Anse Chastenet is the easiest spot to get to and the most beautiful site to see. The reef here is 15 ft at the shallow end, extending to around 60 ft which makes it ideal for beginners. Trumpetfish and turtles are typical encounters in the Anse Chastanet dive location on Saint Lucia's west coast. This region is frequently suggested to divers since it is considered one of the greatest sites for scuba diving in Saint Lucia. Dolphin families can regularly be spotted swimming close by.
Once a week, the resort's double-decker motor catamaran Miss Babsie takes guests on a " Jazzy Champagne Sunset Cruise ", complete with live music by one of St. Lucia's top guitarists. Many visitors dance into the sunset on the top deck during this colorful celebration. Zip Lining is a new and popular activity on the east side of the island, available by a combination of the water taxi and land taxi and well worth the time spent getting there on the Miss Babsie or one of the smaller motorboats.
Those who are physically healthy and energetic may like to try one of the Rainforest Hikes or perhaps climb Gros Piton itself.No travel to St. Lucia is complete without seeing the island's famed walk-in volcano, the Sulphur Springs, and the waterfall and floral gardens that are part of the Louis XVI Mineral Baths. Bring your swimming suit and relax in the little pools of hot spring water. There are other excursions available, such as deep-sea fishing, whale watching, horseback riding, island tours, trips to Marigot Bay, the island capital of Castries, and tours to the north of the island, which include a visit to Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island National Park. The 18-hole Cap Estate Golf & Country Club allows non-members and is similarly located in the island's far north. To reach there, the resort may organize a water-land taxi combo.
