Bandai Namco
Bandai Namco, is a Japanese holding company headquartered in Minato, Tokyo, formed on September 29, 2005 through the merger of Bandai and Namco. The company specializes in toys, video games, arcades, animation and amusement parks. Bandai Namco also supplies a wide range of film and arcade game consoles worldwide.
As of March 2021, after Sony Interactive Entertainment and Nintendo, in terms of revenue and market capitalization, Bandai Namco is the third-largest video game owner in Japan after Sega Sammy Holdings, Konami, and Square Enix. Their US subsidiary, Bandai Namco Holdings USA, was officially incorporated on January 6, 2008, and operates the company's US operations from its headquarters in El Segundo, California. As of 2017, Bandai Namco is the world's largest toy company with annual sales of $6.4 billion.
