BBIS Berlin Brandenburg International School
Students at the BBIS Berlin Brandenburg International School are encouraged to reach their full potential and achieve on a global stage. BBIS is happy to offer students from over 60 countries three IB programs in the Primary, Middle, and Diploma years of study, as well as a diverse range of extracurricular activities. They want to help each student discover and develop their passions in a friendly, inclusive, diverse, and expansive atmosphere. Because English is the main language of instruction, BBIS is a truly international school.
Each year, they take approximately 650 day students and approximately 70 residential students, ranging in age from 3 to 19. Throughout their early school, primary, and secondary education, these students develop vital, life-long skills such as critical thinking, languages, and intercultural competencies.
Their classrooms are small (usually under 20 students) so that each student receives personalized attention and assistance. Collaboration and cooperation among staff, students, parents, and the larger community are essential outside of the classroom.
