BDO

BDO is a multinational network of auditing, tax, consulting, and management consulting firms operated under the BDO brand. BDO has member companies from 167 countries and employs approximately 91,000 partners and employees in more than 1,658 locations around the world.

Each BDO member company operates as an independent legal entity in its own country. BDO Global Coordination B.V., with an office in Zaventem, Belgium, coordinates the network founded in 1963 as Binder Seidman International. In 2009, all BDO member companies changed their names to BDO. The

BDO is expected to grow rapidly in China in early 2012. With 7,5008,000 employees in mainland China and Hong Kong, it is the second-largest employer after the United States with 11,500 employees. According to the Global Chairman, China's workforce is expected to outpace the United States in three to four years.
