EY
EY (Ernst & Young Global Limited) is a global professional services network headquartered in London, England. EY is one of the world's leading professional services networks. Along with Deloitte, KPMG, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, it is one of the four major accounting firms.
EY primarily provides its clients with auditing, taxation, advisory, and advisory services. In recent years, like many large accounting firms, EY has expanded into non-accounting sectors such as strategy, operations, human resources, technology, and financial services advisory.
EY operates as a network of member firms formed as separate legal entities in partnership with 312,250 employees in more than 700 offices in more than 150 countries. The company's current partnership was established in 1989 by the merger of two audit firms, Ernst & Whiney and Arthur Young & Co. It operated as Ernst & Young until it was renamed in 2013 and officially renamed EY in 2013. However, this initialization was used informally before it was approved by the regulatory agency.
