PKF International (formerly known as Pannell Kerr Forster) is a multinational accounting company network. The 224 member enterprises of the network operate under the PKF name in 150 countries throughout five regions. PKF Multinational employs 20,000 people and is ranked 14th among international accounting networks by International Accounting Bulletin.

Pannell Kerr Forster was established in 1969 when four accounting companies from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States joined together to form an international organization.

In 1980, member businesses agreed to develop a worldwide accounting brand by using Pannell Kerr Forster as their common brand name. Member firms opted to abbreviate their name to PKF in 2000. In their home markets, member businesses are now adopting this moniker or adding PKF as a prefix to their existing corporate name.
