Belleayre's skiing has recently gotten even better because of recent upgrades like a brand-new day lodge, significant snowmaking investments, and a new high-speed quad. The resort has also made investments to repair the uneven and potholed road going to the slopes during 2021–2022.

In the Catskills, Belleayre is about three hours from New York City. A vertical drop of more than 1,400 feet and 50 named lines are available at this family-friendly ski resort. Three snowboard parks/courses are provided in addition to skiing, and the Snowsports school offers top-notch ski instruction. One of the eight lifts, including the Catskill Thunder Gondola, will carry you back to the peak of the hill. To speed up loading, the resort has installed new RFID lift ticket readers. There is no charge for cross-country (Nordic) skiing. In nearby charming small villages, there are lodging possibilities. Hotels, B&Bs, and condominiums are among the options. This is definitely one of the best ski resorts in New York.
