Border Collie
The next position on the list of the most beautiful dog breeds with blue eyes is the Border Collie. Since humans originally raised Border Collies to herd sheep and other livestock on the prairie, they are also known as Border Collies Sheepdogs.
Border Collies typically have a medium-sized body and a moderately long coat that is frequently thick and prone to shedding. They have a double coat that can be curled periodically and ranges in texture from smooth to rough. The Border Collie can be found in just about any color and pattern that is known to exist in dogs, although black and white is the most common color pattern. Some of these include the frequently observed black tricolor, liver and white, and red tricolor as well as less frequently observed blue, lilac, red merle, blue merle, brindle, and Australian red. Border collies' coats can be one hue in some cases.
Compared to many other breeds, Border Collies need a lot more daily mental and physical stimulation. The border collie is frequently cited as the breed of dog with the highest intelligence level. In Stanley Coren's The Intelligence of Dogs, the border collie is ranked first among the top 10 smartest canines. Although the border collie's primary function is to herd sheep, the breed is now becoming more and more well-liked as a pet.
