Brissare Rocks
Brissare Rocks is accessible from Beau Vallon, about 5 kilometers north of Mahé. The Brissare Rocks dive site features an interesting underwater formation between two tiny islands, which amount to nothing more than granite rocks, located in the open ocean roughly halfway between Mahé's main island and Praslin Island. It's decked out in bright orange sponges and white gorgonians.
The site is completely covered in fire coral and is home to a plethora of fish species, including eagle rays, barracudas, hawksbill turtles, large moray eels, and shoals of red snappers and wrasse. Large patches of staghorn corals also provide cover for other reef fish. Nurse sharks are a common sight and from October to December, whale sharks can be seen. Brissare Rocks is the place to be if you want to explore the beautiful azure world underwater. If you are planning a honeymoon in Seychelles, you should visit this location with your significant other.
