This course is designed to help you prepare for working in a cross-cultural business environment. You will study how language plays a crucial role in cross-cultural communication by merging all of the vocabulary, reading, speaking, and writing abilities you gained in the previous three semesters.

The skills you'll gain in this course will help you produce a competent business presentation as part of your Capstone project.


You will be able to identify potential cross-cultural issues and misunderstandings in communication, apply strategies to overcome potential cross-cultural issues and misunderstandings in communication, and produce documents with an appropriate style for business communication purposes in a cross-cultural situation, or deliver a speech with an appropriate style for business communication purposes in a cross-cultural situation after completing this course.
