C25K
C25K is the fastest way for beginners to go from couch potatoes to 5K runners in only eight weeks. This is a great app for those who are just beginning to start, whether they want to kickstart their weight-loss goals or begin running daily marathons.
C25K requires you to commit to an eight-week training program. Week 1 begins with 20 minutes of walking and running alternated, however even this initial step may be too much for some. With a scrollable timeline of your exercises and single-tap access to any session, the interface is simple to use. Once you've begun a session, the app will tell you what to do (walk, jog, etc.) and how far you've progressed. You have entire control over the process, you may rewind and redo steps, or you can jump straight to the end.
