Map My Run provides everything you need to keep on track and inspired to reach your fitness goals, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner.
There are 3 main features, including Workout Routine, Training Plan and Healthy At Home Challenge. Workout Routine will offer a variety of workouts created by UA Performance Specialists that require little to no equipment. You also can get customized tailored coaching advice to your specific running level and objectives with Training Plans. Or you may get free Healthy at Home resources to help you get in shape at home. All of them have the same aim in mind, to stay healthy while also keeping others well. In addition, you can access a motivating community of over 60 million athletes who are all committed to your shared health and fitness goals.
