Casablanca

Casablanca is the country's principal entry point and many visitors' first taste of Morocco, as it is home to the country's main international airport. With a modern swagger unseen in other regions of the country, this bustling metropolis is Morocco's business powerhouse and industrial core.

Needless to say, it pales in comparison to the history and tradition of Marrakesh and Fes, and most people only stop through or remain for one night. Despite the fact that Casablanca's tourist attractions and activities are limited, if you dig a little deeper, you'll find some hidden gems.

One of the nicest locations to see in Casablanca is the new Hassan II Mosque, and a tour of the structure is worth an overnight stay in town. Architecture buffs will enjoy spending time in Casablanca's downtown neighborhood, which has several intact Mauresque facades because the city's spectacular moresque buildings, which combine French colonial architecture with traditional Moroccan architecture, are the nicest thing to see. It is undoubtedly one of the best destinations to visit in Morocco due to its incredible food and architecture.
