Castlevania (2017 – present)

Castlevania is a Netflix adult animated dark fantasy action television series produced by Frederator Studios. The first two seasons, based on Konami's Japanese video game series of the same name, adapt the 1989 title Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse and follow Trevor Belmont, Alucard, and Sypha Belnades as they protect the nation of Wallachia against Dracula and his henchmen.

This is one of the finest horror anime series available. It's humorous, dark, smart, poignant, and completely engrossing. 'Castlevania' is set in medieval Europe and follows the darkly inviting and exciting adventures of formerly disgraced hunter Trevor Belmont as he and his fellow hunters take down evil monsters, gradually closing in on Count Dracula and his legion of bloodthirsty vampires from destroying all of mankind. This animated series contains the voices of Richard Armitage and Theo James, among others. If you enjoy the mysticism and gloomy monsters such as werewolves and vampires, then 'Castlevania' is a must-see.
