Colonel Sanders and his wife Claudia launched the Claudia Sanders Dinner House, a family-style southern restaurant, in 1968 after selling their famed restaurant network to a group of investors. The restaurant, also known as "The Colonel's Lady", provides southern classics like fried chicken, chicken livers, trout, catfish, corn muffins, and creamed spinach.
