Wallace, Fujian Food Co., Ltd., doing business as Wallace and formerly known as CNHLS, is a Chinese fast food chain. Its headquarters are located in the Taijiang District in Fuzhou, Fujian.

Wallace was its original English name. CNHLS's sales increased by 416 percent to $407 million USD in 2010, compared to 2007. In 2012, the company operated around 3,000 restaurants, which increased to almost 4,000 in 2020. The restaurant was ranked No. 2 on China Daily's list of "China's Top 10 Fast-Food Chains."
