Business partners Frankie Harrington, Shaun Layton, and Chef Justin Witcher have established a gorgeous cafe with great food, focusing on Spanish tapas and drawing influence from tapas bars in Barcelona and Madrid. The décor is colorful, and this diner was made to seem like it belongs in Spain by renowned local designer Craig Stanghetta.

Through the glass windows between the shop and the chocolate lab, you can even see the team roast, winnow, grind, conche, and temper. Customers are encouraged to add a "suspended" coffee or hot chocolate to their purchases for a community member to enjoy later, and they provide the most cheaply priced and tasty coffee in town. To take home, be sure to load up on salted chocolate chunk cookies and roasted beans.
