Della Bowls ranks 5th on the list of the best vegan restaurants in Miami. They are a small business with a big mission. In 2015, they launched their mighty food truck in Miami and began serving bowls. Today, they are expanding their business to provide everyone with healthy, delicious food. Growing up in her mother's bustling kitchen, Della dreamed of bringing the world food that was both healthy and delicious, without all the hidden ingredients! What began as recipe testing and taste-testing with friends quickly evolved into a restaurant concept, and della bowls was born.

Della, a local favorite, serves flavor-packed, vibrant bowls of goodness. Choose from one of the concept's signature recipes, such as the Dalé, which is layered with brown rice, sofrito, kale, cashew queso, pico de gallo, and avocado, or build your own bowl with a variety of ingredients (think black coconut rice, marinated kale, lentil meatballs, sea salt chickpeas, sesame broccoli, plantains, avocado and spicy slaw, among other choices).
