Planta, a Toronto restaurant with locations in Miami Beach and West Palm Beach, is one of the most popular plant-based restaurants in South Florida. The restaurant, led by executive chef David Lee, uses fruits and vegetables to reinvent classic dishes ranging from sushi to burgers. Cauliflower "tater" tots, ceviche made with coconut instead of fish, and creamy bucatini with zucchini spirals are among the highlights. One of the most popular menu items?
