DeWalt DCS573B

DeWalt DCS573B is a cordless circular saw with a 20-volt battery, suited to heavy-duty woodworking projects. Thanks to recent upgrades from DeWalt, this saw may now be powered by either conventional 20-volt Max batteries or a monstrous dual-voltage 20/61 Flex Volt pack.

We especially recommend the latter, as it permits an exceptional number of cuts on a single charge (or repetitive cuts) at its 2-916-inch depth. In fact, when charged by FlexVolt pack, the DeWalt DCS573B created so many chirps through 2 x 4s during our tests, that we didn't bother measuring them; it is because the wood already ran out before the batteries even began to deteriorate. To summarize, the more lifespan hours in the battery pack you install, the more wood slashes you may anticipate - up to a full day's work.

All in all, the DCS573B is a high-performance and precision-cutting saw. If you are considering cordless options but want professional performance, then this is the one for you.
