Diamond Museum Amsterdam exhibits to the visitor how diamonds were geologically created, shows the history of human passion for diamonds, and explains how diamonds became not only a symbol of wealth but started to be associated with beauty and power. The museum explains every step a diamond has to take before it becomes a piece of jewelry. The Diamond Museum Amsterdam will teach visitors everything they ever wanted to know about these stones. It is the only museum in Europe that completely revolves around diamonds. The museum also temporarily houses exhibits about different subjects concerning diamonds.
