H.Stern Workshop Tour
The luxury jewelry company H. Stern started in Rio de Janeiro in 1949, and the company's headquarters and the workshop that produces all its jewelry are still in Rio today, known as the H.Stern Workshop Tour, which is one of the incredible jewelry museums and shows. The tour of the workshop is a very popular attraction in Rio. The guided tour will show visitors all the phases of creating ready-to-wear jewelry: the rough stone at the Gemological Laboratory, the craftsmanship, the design, and the final product at the spectacular showroom. According to specialists, Brazil is the only source of Imperial Topaz. H. Stern headquarters in Rio de Janeiro is the place to see how raw stone can be turned into beautifully designed jewelry.
The H.Stern Workshop Tour, one of H.Stern's pioneering initiatives, explores the brand's workshops where customers can see the handcrafted jewelry production process. Hans Stern first opened the doors to his facilities in the 1950s. In the 80s H.Stern established the first building designed to house all areas of the manufacturing and selling of fine jewelry under one roof – goldsmithing, stone cutting, labs, training, offices, and showroom – a major attraction for visitors today.
