École Jeannine Manuel
In the center of London, École Jeannine Manuel (EJM) is a co-educational bilingual international French school for children aged 3 to 18. Our institution is the twin of its namesake in Paris, which has been named #1 among French lycées for the past eight years. The objective of the school is to foster worldwide understanding via bilingual education of a multicultural student body. In an ever-changing global world, it believes in pedagogical innovation and continuous investigation of best practices.
The teaching philosophy of the school is centered on continuous self-evaluation and innovation in terms of techniques and objectives. The newest research in the domains of education and cognitive science, as well as the creativity of the teaching team, stimulates classroom innovation. Students are encouraged to engage in active learning and to become more self-aware of their own development.
Several in-house programs have been produced in partnership with notable experts, including an integrated science curriculum built with Nobel Prize-winning physicist Georges Charpak and a Chinese language-learning tool developed with the Sesame Street team.
The French Ministry of Education, the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), Ofsted, Cambridge Assessment International Education, AEFE, and the Independent Schools Association all accredit École Jeannine Manuel London.
