Els Club Teluk Datai/Datai Resort (Malaysia)

ELS Club is an extremely famous golf club, owning the top golf courses in Malaysia. One of them is ELS Club Teluk Datai, also known as Rainforest Course, located on the mysterious and beautiful island of Langkawi. This golf course has also been awarded as one of the 100 best golf courses in the world voted by Golf Digest magazine.

ELS Club Teluk Datai Malaysia officially operated in 1992 but then it was called Dalit Bay Golf Club. The birth of this golf course immediately turned Langkawi into a paradise destination for all golfers. Dalit Bay Golf Club was also voted as one of the best golf resorts in the Asia Pacific region. In 2009, the famous golf magazine Asian Golf Mounthly also voted this place as the best golf course in Malaysia.

By around 2012, a major renovation was underway to the Dalit Bay Golf Club. After 2 years of construction, in 2014, the renovation was officially completed and the stadium was also renamed ELS Club Teluk Datai to this day.
