Evelyn Deavor

Wrapping up our list of the most popular Pixar villains is Evelyn Deavor, the main villain in the 2018 Disney-Pixar film, "Incredibles 2." She's the mastermind behind Winston's company and happens to be his sister and business partner. And she has got a sidekick, too - the Screenslaver, a puppet she uses in her evil plan to keep the Supers illegal forever.

At first glance, Evelyn seems all nice and sweet, like she's loyal, caring, and ready to lend a hand. But that's all a front; underneath that façade is a vengeful, scheming, and downright hateful woman. She's got a grudge that fuels her, and she's determined to rid the world of anything "super," seeing them as weaklings who can't save themselves from other threats.

Evelyn Deavor is also cold-hearted and ruthless and won't hesitate to do whatever it takes to achieve her twisted goals. And she has a mean streak too: when Elastigirl collapsed from lack of oxygen, Evelyn didn't bat an eye - she might have even found it amusing. Talk about cruelty and sadism!
