Hopper

Hopper is one of the most popular Pixar villains in Disney/Pixar's 1998 flick, "A Bug's Life." This grasshopper is not one to mess with, especially when it comes to Flik, his arch-nemesis.

Hopper is ruthless, violent, and has no qualms about squashing ants like they're nothing. He even roughs up his own gang members - and might have knocked off three of them - just to keep his grip on power. Fear is Hopper's go-to tool for keeping everyone in line, whether it's his gang or the ants. He's not big on showing mercy or compassion, seeing them as signs of weakness.

Still, there's a small twist: when Flik accidentally screws up and dumps all the food into a puddle, Hopper surprises the audiences by actually giving the ants a second shot at providing grub for him and his gang. It seems he has got a smidge of compassion and mercy after all - but only when it suits him.
