Fanning Islands

Fanning islands - also known as the Tabuaeran by the locals, is one of the most fascinating places in Kiribati.

This gorgeous island has several beaches all around it where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in peace. These islands are virtually undiscovered, and few people visit them. You may access this location via boat or seaplane. These islands are part of a Game and Wildlife Reserve. You can relax in an isolated area of the beach and observe birds. Don't forget to bring your camera since you're likely to capture some fantastic images of Kiribati's lovely native birds. You can also go fishing here; the hotel where you are staying may organize a boating excursion for you.

One thing to keep in mind is that there are no stores, restaurants, cafés, or hotels on this island. So, if you wish to stay overnight, bring along all your stuff with you and take care of your belongings.
