Faroe Islands
Denmark is home to 18 tiny islands that are reported to have grassy pastures that change color a dozen times in a single day, making them ideal for those who appreciate wide-open landscapes devoid of too much vegetation. The islands are said to have the purest air in the entire world due to their mild climate and special geographic location. If these statistics aren't persuasive enough, let's just add that the Faroe Islands rarely see winter lows below zero and summer highs above twenty-five.
Only 50 000 people live on these secluded islands, spread out across the many islands. Only the island of Ltla Dmun is completely unpopulated, albeit it is accessible. Even the most daring of explorers will hesitate before they have the opportunity to approach this small piece of rock due to its steep slopes and foggy cap. Since there is only one method to complete the climb using ropes, the weather must be ideal. The neighboring islands, though, are equally beautiful and serene, giving off an instantly otherworldly feeling.
Location: in the North Atlantic Ocean, between Iceland in the northwest and Scotland in the south.
