Feges BBQ Spring Branch

Erin Smith and Patrick Feges, a husband and wife duo, opened their second Feges BBQ establishment in Spring Branch in 2021. Feges BBQ offers a unique approach to barbecue, mixing traditional flavors and current interpretations of classics with a curated range of wine and beer, thanks to their combined fine dining experience and Patrick's barbecue expertise.

The barbecue restaurant in Houston, Texas, conducts special events and parties and caters for events off-site. Feges BBQ has been designated one of Texas Monthly's 50 Best BBQ Joints, one of Thrillist's 33 Best BBQ Joints in America, and Garden & Gun's Best New Southern Barbecue Joints. Feges BBQ is a veteran-owned and woman-owned business since Patrick is a Purple Heart recipient.

Feges' extensive menu includes boudin, brisket, and pulled pork, but what sets it apart is that it offers far more than traditional barbecue fare. Sides include Moroccan-spiced carrots, kale salad, elote corn salad, spiced cracklins, pimento mac and cheese, and Brussels sprouts, as well as sandwiches and wings, innovative desserts, $10 frozen margaritas, and a broad selection of wine and beer, are available at the Spring Branch location.
