It would be worth a visit just to look at the cuisine; the plates are attractively and tastefully arranged. Vermeer would have been pleased to dine at Le Jardinier, with a sprig of rosemary here and some vibrantly colored beets there.

The meal is known for its creativity, but it also tastes great. Burrata with winter squash, pecan gremolata, and spiced red-wine poached pears, for example, will leave you wanting more.
