Fisherman Indulgence is a delicacy from Sri Lanka. This gato is made from almond ice cream, Irish fresh ice cream and decorated with fruits such as strawberries, oranges, mango jam, and pomegranates, followed by a bit of Dom Perignon.

Besides the fresh ingredients, the cake attracts tourists because of its exquisite ornament, the impressive picture of a fisherman made by hand from chocolate, and beneath it is an 80 - carat jade.
