Friend 2 (2013)

Friend: The Great Legacy is a 2013 South Korean action film about three generations of gangsters, starring Yu Oh-seong, Kim Woo-bin, and Joo Jin-mo. It is the sequel to the 2001 box-office hit Friend, also directed by Kwak Kyung-taek.

Joon-Seok (Yu Oh-Seong), who has been imprisoned for over 17 years and is about to be released, and Sung-Hoon (Kim Woo-Bin), a gang member who has no recollection of his biological father. When a lady enters the facility, she asks Joon-Seok to look after Sung-Hoon while he is imprisoned. When Joon-Seok is freed from jail, he discovers that Eun-Ki (Jung Ho-Bin), his former subordinate, now controls the gang that Joon-Seok's father (Joo Jin-Mo) founded. Eun-Ki used to be his subordinate. Joon-Seok plans to regain control of his gang and enlists the help of Sung-Hoon and his other gang members. Later on in the movie, they discover the truth tangling the two of them together.
