Fuku
David Chang's fried chicken restaurant Fuku is on a mission to alter public perceptions of fast casual dining. In the original Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City, Fuku began with a fried chicken sandwich and has since expanded to offer a variety of fried chicken dishes and sides. David Chang instilled many of the same values in Momofuku that Fuku is based on, with the goal of providing customers with approachable, delicious food that draws on both Asian and American influences.
The restaurant is serving up four chicken Sandos: Spicy Fried Chicken, Knockout (with coleslaw and pickles), Sweet & Spicy and Chicken Bacon Ranch. You can also make a meal of it with fries, pickles, a drink and 2 sauces. Other items on the menu include Fuku Fingers (4 pieces of crispy chicken tenders), Wings (6 jumbo wings sweet & spicy or gochu & garlic), and a Chicken Burger with lettuce, tomato, onions, American cheese, pickles, and Fuku mayo served on a Martins potato roll. Hash browns and loaded fries are available as side dishes.
