Gary Strydom
Gary Strydom is an IFBB professional bodybuilder who was born in South Africa. He was a bodybuilder who largely competed in the 1980s and 1990s. He was at the top of his game at the height of the sport, and he made the most of it. Overall, he won four IFBB titles. He is well known for being the first athlete to win a World Bodybuilding Federation (WBF) championship title while competing for World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), which is now defunct.
Disciplined, focused, hardworking, and driven are four qualities that best describe Gary Strydom, a bodybuilding legend with a three-decade career. Gary was the undisputed champion between 1983 and 1992, winning the US Championships, Nationals, and Night of Champions. After more than a decade in retirement, he returned in 2006, at the age of 46, in arguably his finest form ever, taking seventh at the Colorado Pro. Gary made the bodybuilding world buzz with his dynamic new appearance and demonstrated that bodybuilding is an Ageless sport, despite the fact that most of his competitors were twenty years younger.
After the WBF disbanded in the mid-1990s, Strydom decided to take a long break from competition. In 2006, he returned to compete in the Colorado Pro Championships, finishing ninth. He's presently concentrating on growing his business and increasing his $8 million net worth.
