Global University

Global University, founded in 1992, is a non-profit private higher education institution located in Beirut's urban environment (population range of 1,000,000-5,000,000 inhabitants). Global University (GU) is a very small (uniRank enrollment range: 500-999 students) coeducational Lebanese higher education institution formally affiliated with the Islamic religion.

It is officially recognized by the Ministère de l'Education et de l'Enseignement supérieur, Liban (Ministry of Education and Higher Education of Lebanon). Global University (GU) offers courses and programs in a variety of fields that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees.

This Lebanese higher-education school, which is 28 years old, has a selective admission criteria based on entrance exams and students' previous academic records and ratings. This Lebanese higher education school is somewhat selective, with acceptance rates ranging from 70 to 80 percent. International students are welcome to apply for admission.

GU also offers a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aid and/or scholarships, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services to students.
