g.o.d's "Chapter 3: Lies"

The Hankyoreh noted in its review of the album that, while the overall musical style remained consistent with the first two albums, the album's appeal lay in the relatable lyrics of the songs, listenable melodies, and the members' natural vocal styles.

At the time of its release, "Lies" dominated the Inkigayo rankings, winning the "Triple Crown." The album sold 600,000 copies in a few days and went on to sell over 1.8 million copies, making them the first group since Seo Taiji & Boys to do so. Several of g.o.d's most well-known and popular songs appear on the album, including "Lies," "One Candle," and "Sky Blue Balloon".
