Their enormous yum cha menu is chock-full of delectable options that sometimes take a minute or two to fully comprehend before placing an order. They may only offer ten dim sum varieties, but each one is meticulously prepared and cooked for optimum flavor. Grab a few seasonings, such as chili paste, soy sauce, and their signature sweet and sour sauce. Ordering a couple of dishes of their beef brisket, salt and pepper tofu, roast duck, prawn rice noodles, pork ribs, and steamed duck feet is also a must. Then order some salted edamame, Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, and stir-fried green beans to round off your meal. If you have a sweet tooth, they have a whole area of their menu dedicated to desserts!
