Grove
Grove, a charming lake town nestled in the hills of northeastern Oklahoma, is a small community on the shores of the spectacular Grand Lake. The scenery surrounding this lake town is breathtaking, and it is one of the most beautiful places in Oklahoma. Grove is in Green Country, an Oklahoma region known for its beautiful scenery, lush foliage, and scenic views. Grand Lake is the state's second largest lake, surrounded by rolling hills, rocky cliffs, and five state parks. The Spavinaw area of Grand Lake State Park is a secluded, quiet area where you can enjoy breathtaking views. The clear stream is lined with magnificent Dogwood trees that provide plenty of shade.
If you have the opportunity, rent a boat and sail around Grand Lake. The bridges and inlets are all stunning. Just make sure you stay long enough to see one of Grand Lake's spectacular sunsets; there's nothing like it. A leisurely walk or hike is an excellent way to appreciate Grove's natural beauty. You can walk around the lake and even stop for a picnic. Grand Lake is the best bass fishing lake in Oklahoma, as well as the crappie capital of the world. Lendonwood Gardens, an eight-acre botanical garden with six distinct gardens, is another stunning place to visit in Grove.
