The Highgate Carriage House has a range of indoor and outdoor spaces that can easily seat up to 300 people. For a sit-down eating reception, up to 150 people can be accommodated within the Carriage House, and up to 300 people can be accommodated in the frame tent on the upper lawn (available seasonally.) Beautiful iron gates, a fence, and a massive, multi-gabled mansion are all part of the surrounding estate. The Carriage House has a terra cotta roof with verdigris copper accents and is built in the Tudor Revival style. The gardens, which are only open during certain seasons, are also used for weddings and receptions with up to 300 guests.


Highgate Carriage House offers a wide range of packages for all types of ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, and engagement parties. Elopements are permitted. Access to a bridal suite, indoor reception space, indoor lounge/bar area, tables, chairs, wireless internet, lighting, and complimentary parking are all included in all packages. Outside vendors are welcome, and upon booking, a preferred vendor list for caterers is supplied.
