Hoi An
Hoi An (Hội An) is a popular UNESCO World Heritage Site in Vietnam and an easy day trip from Danang. The culture and architecture of this former trading port area have been heavily influenced by traders from Japan, China, India, and Europe. You'll love the charming shops with unique handicrafts, cafes, and museums to learn about the history when exploring the historic town. The Japanese bridge is one of the area's main attractions.
Hoi An has a few beaches that stretch for more than 7.5 kilometers (4.6 miles). It is simple to get there by bicycle or motorcycle. An Bang Beach is a great place to watch the sunrise or relax under an umbrella. Cua Dai Beach was a popular destination, but it has recently suffered from erosion. In the evenings, the city is illuminated by colorful silk lanterns, and it's lovely to stroll through the area and Night Markets.
